Toch durft boer Bert Mensink deze stap wel te nemen. Hij is overgestapt van gangbaar naar biologisch omdat het volgens hem vele voordelen geeft. Hij is gek met zijn koeien en gaat elke dag weer vol passie en liefde aan het werk op zijn boerderij. Hij houdt van de vrijheid die het boeren leven hem geeft en heeft alles over voor de dieren.
